Capilano Audi is taking serious and immediate measures to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. Part of these measures include: remodeling our showroom space to adhere to social distancing requirements, the disinfection of all high traffic areas every three hours while the dealership is open, disinfecting all test-drive and loaner vehicles before and after their use, and having implemented a program to pay our employees while they are away on sick leave.


In order to adapt our business to the required social-distancing practices, we are now offering the following additional services to further protect our customers:


Valet Pick Up & Drop Off – Service

We can send a member of our team to pick up your vehicle from your home or office and return it to you with the requested services completed using a combination of remote messaging and mobile payments so that you can have your vehicle serviced without leaving the comfort of your home. Your vehicle will be disinfected at all touchpoints before being returned to you to ensure your safety. When booking, please mention that you’d like the Valet option to your Service Advisor.


Valet Pick Up & Drop Off – Sales

Our team can conduct all aspects of the sales transaction remotely without you having to leave the comfort of your home. We can send you customized photos, video, and all supporting documentation for your vehicle of interest and will arrange for your financing remotely. All purchases will include a 3-Day Return Policy where this Valet purchase option is selected to ensure your complete satisfaction.
